Help Guide
ProcessLens v1.1.1 · Guide last updated 2026-09-29
What ProcessLens is
ProcessLens watches how you really do a repetitive computer task, then gives you a tested plan and ready-to-paste instructions for automating it with the tools you already own. You receive the plan; nothing is changed in your systems unless you ask Superior Networks to build it.
Where your information goes
- Screen recordings never leave your office network. They are saved to a small ProcessLens device in your office, not to the internet, and are deleted once you approve the summary.
- Nothing is sent to an online AI service until you review a plain-English summary and click Authorize.
- You can pause recording at any time, including to hide a private screen.
How you get in
Superior Networks emails you a personal link. Each time you open it, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. If you stop partway through, the same link picks up where you left off, on any day and any office computer.
The steps
- Listen: a short conversation about the task you want to fix.
- Watch: you do the task while ProcessLens records your screen. There's no rush.
- Decode: the office device studies the recording on its own, often overnight.
- Confirm: you review a plain-English summary, fix anything wrong, and authorize.
- Map, Prove, Equip: Superior Networks builds and tests your Automation Kit and sends it to you.
Common questions
The page says it can't reach the office device. Make sure you're at the office (or on the office VPN) and try again. If it still fails, contact Superior Networks.
My browser asked to "access devices on your local network." That's expected the first time. It lets this page talk to the ProcessLens device in your office. Choose Allow.
